It is also important to provide your email address where the manager will send the estimation result (your paper price). If the price suits you, pay half or the full amount to proceed (advance payment cannot be less than 50% of the paper price).

Can I communicate with the manager during the writing process?

In your dashboard, you can communicate with the manager. Feel free to ask any questions you have.

How to find out the order cost?

On the website, in the "Services" section, you can find approximate pricing information. However, each paper is individually priced based on volume and completion time.

What if I need to provide additional information to the author?

In that case, go to your dashboard, attach the needed file in "My Files" and write all the details in the author chat.

How to pay for work?

This can be done in several ways:
- Western Union instant transfer. No bank account needed for the sender, the transfer is instant.
- Bank transfer through Oschadbank at a branch or terminal, or with a card through the web-banking system.
- PrivatBank card top-up at any branch or terminal, also possible through Privat 24.
- Add any bank cards to your wallet. Pay in 1 click without entering card details on the LiqPay payment page.
- A convenient way to make an international transfer from your account.

Will my work be original?

In the order form, you specify the required originality percentage, and upon completion, we send an originality report. All works are checked on www.antiplagiat.ru or www.etxt.ru, ensuring the required level of originality.

When to pay the second installment?

Within the agreed timeframe, we send you half of the work to your dashboard and a notification to your email. You review the work and pay the remaining amount using the methods above. After that, the author continues working on the order.

When are revisions made?

Revisions are made within the requirements specified in the initial order (originality percentage, work volume). This is the work support guarantee. The author can also perform revisions for requirements not specified in the original order for an additional fee, subject to timeline agreement.

How to know when my work is ready?

Within the timeframe specified in the order form, you receive the completed work in your dashboard and a notification to your email about order completion.

How to send work for revision?

Go to your dashboard, send the order for revision, and write the author a message with the list of comments about the work.

How to communicate with the author during my order?

Through your dashboard, you can communicate with the author. You can ask questions about the paper in real time. The author will respond within 2-4 hours.

What if I forgot my dashboard password?

On the website, in the "Sign In" section, there is a "Forgot Password" button. After requesting a password reset, you will receive an email with further instructions.
